Tasting Notes
Visual: Bright dark red cherries with nuances of purple and medium legs. Nose: Intense aromas of ripe wild red berries, cassis and blackcurrant with a hint of spice and oak. The second nose is more intense with dried flowers, earthiness with a hint of undergrowth. Palate: Smooth and rich attack of ripe red and black fruits with a vibrant freshness. The midpalate is rich and round with great fruit weight, a dense texture and a solid structure of matured tannins. The finish is long and persistent on fruit, oak spices and a pleasant freshness.

Meats: barbecue, steak, lamb, and pork. Fish : salmon, tuna, wild caught fish. Great with pizza and pasta.
