My Way Chardonnay
Visual: Intense dark straw colour with bright nuances of gold and medium legs. Nose: Bouquet of ripe stone fruit, citrus, almond, with hint of oak spice, lanolin and fresh butter. Second nose shows more oak creaminess, lemon lime and dried fruits extract but with hints of vanilla beans and fresh cream. Palate: Rich but fresh attack of citrus and stone fruit. Dense and fresh midpalate with layers of ripe citrus, melon, ripe mango and wave of oak flavours around a core of firm tannins and elegant textural elements. The final is long, quite persistent and in line with the midpalate. Fruits, texture and tension create the complexity of the final of this wine.
