Son of a Bitch
2016 Pinot Noir
Visual: Bright and intense red ruby colour with nuances of dark cherry. Medium-heavy legs. Nose: Complex aromatics of intense ripe red cherries, with a touch of earthiness, a nice integrated oak flavour and a hint of dry flowers. Palate: Bright and fresh attack of wild red berries with firm, but mature, and integrated tannins. The midpalate is broad and rich on red fruit, floral notes and oak spices, Good tension between the primary fruit, minerality and freshness.
